Welcome to MicroMoments. By accessing or using the MicroMoments mobile application, website, or any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Service is operated by JVisionary (io.jvisionary). Please also read our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using MicroMoments, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not use the Service.

To use the MicroMoments app, you must create an account. We collect your email address for login and to provide the MicroMoments service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise harmful or negative. Prohibited content includes material that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to report serious violations to the appropriate authorities.

You retain full ownership of your moments and all content you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. We only process your moments to store them, display them back to you, and provide the Service as described. You grant us a limited license to operate the Service, but you retain all rights to your content.

You control who can see your moments. Private means only you can view them. Friends Only means only users you choose to share with can view them. Public means all users of the Service can view them. You can change visibility settings at any time. We respect your privacy choices and enforce them through our systems.

We are committed to privacy. Your data is never shared or sold. We use your information only to provide and improve the Service. For details on what we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

MicroMoments may offer premium features through subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling through the appropriate platform. Refunds are handled by the applicable store in accordance with their policies.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may permanently delete your account at any time through the app Settings (Delete Account). Ending a guest session also permanently deletes that guest account. Upon deletion or termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we remove your personal data associated with the account as described in our Privacy Policy. Store subscriptions are managed separately through Apple or Google and are not cancelled automatically when you delete your account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JVisionary LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
